We understand that many of our customers are among those that are most at risk from COVID-19. However, many of the products and services we offer are vital to your daily life, mobility, health and safety, and well-being. We also recognize that many of the needs that our business stands to support simply cannot be put on hold until this pandemic has subsided.
As such, Advanced Mobility of Bend will continue to operate under our normal business hours and will be adhering to strict sanitary guidelines in an effort to do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19. All of our employees will practice proper hygiene, hand-washing, and social distancing as well as avoiding direct contact with other people such as shaking hands. All surfaces and tools will be wiped down with disinfectant wipes/spray throughout the day. We will ask that debit/credit cards are used in preference over cash as much as possible.
We also acknowledge that some of our services require our presence in and around your home for varying lengths of time. Therefore, we will be following a “Limited Contact” process to limit person-to-person exposure. Should we need to enter your home we will make arrangements for our team members to prep products for installation/delivery prior to arrival at your home. We will not require your presence during installations or deliveries. Should you have questions we will walk through everything over the phone.
